The Collection Officer is the responsible person who has the resposilibity with:
- Ensuring on-time collection
- Accomplishing sourcing JLG & PL( Group Loan & Personal Loan) and disbursement JLG & PL
- Avoiding process deviations
- Data Maintenance and Reporting
- Supporting Team Members
- Supporting Back End Process
- Maintaining files, data’s, documents and invoices
