LearnByChapter is an online learning platform providing educational courses, study materials, and digital learning solutions for students and teachers from Classes 6 to 12. We collaborate with schools, educators, and institutions to enhance learning through structured digital content and smart educational resources.
Job Summary
The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, extracting school data, connecting with school authorities, conducting presentations/demo sessions, building long-term relationships, and driving revenue growth for our platform. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, sales confidence, basic data research abilities, and a passion for the education sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Contact schools,institutes, and educational organizations.
- Promote and sell online courses and learning solutions from Classes 6–12.
- Schedule meetings, presentations, and product demos with school management and teachers.
- Build partnerships with schools for bulk student enrollments.
- Research and extract targeted school data using online platforms, Google, directories, LinkedIn, and other tools.
- Create and maintain databases of principals, coordinators, teachers, and school management contacts.
- Identify potential schools and decision-makers for business opportunities.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Convert leads into paying clients and institutional partnerships.
- Develop strategies to increase course enrollments and subscriptions.
- Conduct email marketing, WhatsApp outreach, and telecalling campaigns.
- Coordinate digital promotions and awareness campaigns for schools and students.
- Participate in educational events, seminars, and school visits.
- Maintain lead and sales records in Excel/CRM tools.
- Share daily and weekly progress reports with management.
- Track conversions, follow-ups, and revenue performance.
Required Skills
- Strong communication and convincing skills
- Sales and negotiation abilities
- Basic knowledge of Excel, Google Sheets, and internet research
- Lead generation and data extraction skills
- Confidence in meeting school authorities and decision-makers
- Knowledge of digital marketing/social media is a plus
- Ability to work independently and achieve targets
Preferred Qualifications
- Graduate in Marketing, Business, Education, or related field
- Experience in EdTech, School Sales, Digital Marketing, or Course Selling preferred
- Freshers with strong communication and sales skills can also apply
