The role
Implement and monitor quality systems that keep products and processes aligned with specifications, standards and customer requirements.
What you will do

Implement and maintain quality-management systems and procedures.

Monitor incoming, in-process and final inspection activities.

Maintain compliance with product specifications, standards and customer requirements.

Initiate and monitor corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).

Coordinate with production and maintenance on quality improvements.

Maintain quality records, inspection reports and documentation.

Train and guide quality inspectors and shop-floor teams.
-
Support new-product trials and validation activities.
-
Analyse non-conformances, customer complaints and rejection trends.
-
Support internal and external audits and close observations.
What you will be trusted to do

Implement and enforce quality procedures and standards.

Approve or reject materials, processes and products against specifications.

Stop production when a quality non-conformance creates unacceptable risk.
