Job Summary:
We are seeking a hands-on Technical Manager to lead a small development team and oversee the end-to-end software engineering lifecycle. The ideal candidate possesses deep expertise in modern web technologies, cloud infrastructure, DevOps practices, database architecture, cybersecurity, and emerging AI integrations. You will ensure high availability, security, scalability, and operational excellence across all digital platforms.
Key Responsibilities
1. Technology & Team Leadership
Team Management: Lead, mentor, and conduct code reviews for a software development team to ensure exceptional quality and maintainability.
SDLC Oversight: Manage the full application lifecycle from strategic planning to deployment, collaborating with product, design, and business teams.
Architecture & Standards: Define technical architecture, development standards, and coding best practices.
2. Application Operations & MaintenanceS
System Operations: Ensure continuous availability, optimize performance, and proactively resolve production issues.
Lifecycle Care: Oversee framework upgrades, bug fixes, preventive maintenance, and up-to-date technical documentation.
3. Security, Infrastructure & Databases
Security & Compliance: Implement secure coding standards, manage access controls, conduct regular audits, and establish backup/disaster recovery protocols.
Cloud & DevOps: Oversee AWS cloud infrastructure, configure servers/DNS, and maintain robust CI/CD automated deployment pipelines.
Database Management: Design and optimize database architectures (indexing, query execution) while ensuring strict data integrity.
4. AI & Automation
Innovation: Research and integrate AI APIs, chatbots, automated workflows, and emerging technologies to optimize business operations.
Technical Skills Required
Software Development: Strong hands-on experience with PHP/Laravel, MERN Stack (Node.js, React.js, Express, MongoDB), and Next.js.
Architecture: Proficient in REST APIs, third-party integrations, software design patterns, and microservices architecture.
Frontend: Advanced knowledge of JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3, and frontend performance optimization.
Databases: Practical experience with relational and non-relational systems like MySQL, PostgreSQL, and MongoDB.
Cloud & DevOps: Solid administration of AWS infrastructure, Linux servers, Docker/containerization, Git, and automated deployment pipelines.
Security Frameworks: Deep understanding of web application security, data protection (SSL, firewalls, encryption), and automated vulnerability monitoring.
AI Tools: Familiarity with LLM integration, AI platforms, and automated workflow ecosystems.

Education
