Job Description
We are looking for enthusiastic, confident, and self-motivated Sales Executives to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and a passion for interacting with students and guiding them toward suitable career opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls with prospective students.
- Counsel students about our training programs and career opportunities.
- Understand candidates' educational background and career goals.
- Follow up with leads and convert inquiries into admissions.
- Maintain accurate records of student interactions in the CRM.
- Achieve monthly admission and sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective students.
Eligibility
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Freshers are encouraged to apply.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
