- Receive patient samples along with requisition forms and verify details.
- Accurately enter patient and test details into the Software.
- Check for completeness of requisition forms (patient details, doctor details, tests requested, etc.).
- Label specimens with barcodes and ensure proper identification to avoid mix-ups.
- Segregate and route samples to respective departments.
- Maintain proper sample handling, storage, and transport as per SOPs.
- Coordinate with phlebotomy and collection teams for missing information or sample issues.
- Escalate discrepancies, sample rejections, or critical issues to supervisors.
- Ensure adherence to NABL / CAP quality guidelines and internal SOPs.
- Maintain daily accession logs, reports, and documentation.
- Assist in periodic audits and quality checks.
- Support in inventory management of accession supplies (labels, barcodes, stationery, etc.).
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
