**Job description** Graduate / Post Graduate Management Training Programme leading to positions in Relationship Management.
We seek candidates with solid self-motivation to join our growth journey by supporting the
organization’s Relationship Management and Operational Activities. Upon successfully completing the training, you will be appointed.
Training Period: 3 Months, extendable if needed.
Roles & Responsibilities:
The Relationship Executive will analyze the existing products bouquet to determine the suitability of schemes per the investor’s risk profile and objectives for some time. They would work across different technology platforms to track the transactional level information, monitor the products’ performance, allocate various asset categories, perform research, and generate appropriate reports.
The role involves regular interaction with existing & prospective clients, relationship managers of various product manufacturers, and internal team members. The candidate must possess strong interpersonal and communication skills (Written, Verbal, and Presentation).
Key Job Responsibilities:
Gather detailed client profiles as per the set format, ensure risk profiles are recorded, and offer a range of products that aligns with client needs, considering their changing personal financial situation.
Create suitable recommendations for existing and new clients.
Regularly track the markets, monitor risk/return metrics every month, and watch benchmarks and performances to make informed decisions to enable the best possible outcomes for the client.
Interact with the clients regularly to:
Conduct periodic reviews to ensure that risk tolerance, investments, asset allocations, and fund requirements align.
Gather information on new opportunities that will add value & stability to a client portfolio.
Provide updates on the evolving & emerging financial products.
Analyse client audit reports, perform quality checks and complete audit recommendations through active coordination with clients and internal teams.
Adhere to process documentation standards & follow all Standard Operating Procedures.

Undergraduate)Post graduate in Finance/Commerce/Stastics/Marketing/Business Management and a keen interest in working in financial services can apply.
