Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Business Development
Generate new business opportunities through calls, references, meetings, and online
platforms.
Identify potential clients and maintain regular follow-ups.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Prepare quotations, proposals, and basic presentations for clients.
Maintain client database and daily sales reports.
IT Knowledge & Technical Coordination
Basic understanding of IT products, software, networking, CCTV, access control,
cloud solutions, or digital systems.
Understand client technical requirements and coordinate with technical/execution
teams.
Explain company services and technical solutions confidently to clients.
Coordinate for demos, installations, and project discussions.
Client Relationship Management
Build strong professional relationships with clients.
Handle customer queries and provide timely solutions.
Ensure proper communication between clients and internal departments.
Reporting & Documentation
Maintain daily visit reports, lead status, and follow-up updates.
Submit timely reports to reporting manager/HoD.
Ensure all documentation and approvals are properly maintained.
Required Skills:
Good communication and convincing skills.
Basic IT and technical understanding.
Knowledge of MS Excel, Word, Emails, and CRM tools.
Ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines.
Strong ownership and accountability towards work.
Professional attitude and punctuality.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
