The CRM (Customer Relationship Management) Executive is responsible for maintaining strong customer relationships throughout the sales and after-sales journey. The role includes handling customer inquiries, following up with sales leads, coordinating vehicle deliveries, scheduling service reminders, maintaining accurate customer records, resolving customer concerns, collecting feedback, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. The CRM Executive works closely with the sales and service teams to improve customer retention, increase repeat business, and deliver an exceptional dealership experience.
