Job Description:
As an HR Recruiter at PAN Healthcare Pvt. Ltd, you will be responsible for efficiently managing the end-to-end recruitment cycle for various departments within the specified timeframes. Your role is crucial in fostering a positive and productive work environment by attracting top talent for sales, marketing, and technical positions across our manufacturing facilities.
Job Responsibility:
Talent Acquisition:
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand the staffing needs and requirements for sales, marketing, corporate, and technical roles.
- Develop and implement effective recruiting strategies to attract a diverse pool of qualified candidates.
- Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate qualifications and cultural fit.
Job Posting and Sourcing:
- Create compelling job descriptions and post them on various job boards, social media, and other relevant platforms.
- Utilize a variety of sourcing methods to identify and engage with potential candidates.
- Build and maintain a network of potential candidates for future opportunities.
Candidate Evaluation and Selection:
- Screen resumes and applications to identify candidates who meet the job requirements.
- Coordinate and conduct interviews with hiring managers and team members.
- Facilitate the selection process, including reference checks and offer negotiations.
Recruitment MIS and Data:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment data.
- Generate regular reports on recruitment metrics, such as time-to-fill, source effectiveness, and candidate pipeline.
Collaboration and Relationship Building:
- Build strong relationships with hiring managers and key stakeholders to understand their unique recruitment needs.
- Work collaboratively with team members to share insights and best practices.
- Participate in cross-functional projects to enhance the overall recruitment process.
Qualifications and Skills Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Recruiter in sales, marketing, and technical recruitment.
- Familiarity with recruitment MIS and data analytics.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Knowledge of employment laws and regulations
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
