As a Sales Executive, you will be the face of MOR Realtors — building trust with clients, understanding their requirements, and guiding them through the entire property buying or leasing journey. This is a high-growth role with excellent earning potential through performance-linked incentives.
Key responsibilities
- Identify and engage potential buyers, sellers, and investors through calls, site visits, digital leads, and referrals
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable residential or commercial properties
- Conduct site visits and property tours, explaining features, pricing, and legal documentation
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the management
- Maintain an active pipeline of leads using CRM tools and follow up consistently
- Coordinate with the legal, documentation, and operations teams to ensure smooth closings
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients for repeat business and referrals
- Stay updated on market trends, property prices, and competitor activity in Kochi and TVM
- Represent MOR Realtors at property expos, events, and community activations
What we're looking for
- 1–4 years of experience in real estate sales, banking, insurance, or field sales (freshers with strong communication may apply)
- Excellent communication skills in Malayalam and English; Hindi is an added advantage
- Confident, persuasive personality with strong negotiation skills
- Ability to handle rejection and stay motivated in a target-driven environment
- Basic knowledge of real estate regulations, RERA, and property documentation is preferred
- Proficiency in smartphones, WhatsApp, and basic CRM or Excel tools.
