Salary - 3 lacs pa -6 lacs pa

Job Summary:
Responsible for generating new business, managing client relationships, and achieving sales targets for aviation products and services. The role involves identifying opportunities,preparing proposals, negotiating contracts, and ensuring customer satisfaction while supporting the company's revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and develop new business opportunities.
Generate leads and convert them into sales. Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
Prepare quotations, proposals, and contracts.
Meet monthly and annual sales targets.
Coordinate with technical and operations teams for project execution.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
Maintain accurate sales reports and CRM records.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Aviation, or a related field.
2–5 years of B2B sales experience (aviation industry preferred).
