Senior Executive – Freight Forwarding Pricing & Operations
We are looking for an experienced and dynamic professional for the position of Senior Executive – Pricing & Operations in the Freight Forwarding industry.
Job Responsibilities:
- Handle pricing and operations for:
- Sea Freight
- Air Freight
- Land Transportation
- Oversized / Project Cargo
- Chartering Shipments
- Coordinate with shipping lines, airlines, transporters, and overseas agents.
- Prepare freight quotations and negotiate competitive rates.
- Manage end-to-end shipment coordination and documentation.
- Handle customer communication and operational follow-ups.
- Ensure timely execution of shipments and issue resolution.
- Coordinate with internal teams and overseas partners for smooth operations.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5+ years experience in Freight Forwarding industry.
- Strong knowledge in pricing and operations.
- Dubai trade & calogi ( full)
- US/UK/CANADA CUSTOMS CLEARANCE KNOWLEDGE
- Hands-on experience in handling Sea, Air, Land, Oversized Cargo, and Chartering shipments is mandatory.
- Experience in handling shipments and pricing for Middle East, Europe, USA, and Canada trade lanes preferred.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple shipments.
- Knowledge of freight forwarding documentation and procedures.

Preferred:
- Experience working with international agents and global logistics networks.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
Pay: ₹14,352.43 - ₹35,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Infopark-Kochi, Kochi, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
