Job Summary
We are hiring skilled and passionate Chefs specializing in Indian, North Indian, South Indian, Chinese, and Continental cuisine for a leading hotel in Central Bangalore. Candidates should have a strong understanding of food preparation, presentation, hygiene standards, and the ability to deliver high-quality dishes consistently.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook dishes as per standardized recipes and quality guidelines.
- Ensure consistency in taste, portioning, and presentation.
- Maintain high standards of food hygiene and kitchen cleanliness.
- Monitor food quality, freshness, and inventory.
- Coordinate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Follow food safety regulations and company SOPs.
- Minimize food wastage and maintain cost control.
- Ensure timely preparation and service during peak hours.
- Assist in menu planning and introducing new dishes when required.
Eligibility
- Diploma/Degree in Hotel Management or Culinary Arts (preferred).
- Minimum 2–8 years of relevant experience in hotels, restaurants, or cloud kitchens.
- Expertise in one or more cuisines:
- Indian
- North Indian
- South Indian
- Chinese
- Continental
- Good knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.
- Ability to work in rotational shifts.
