Independent creative studio working with D2C and e-commerce brands. Looking for someone full-time who's already producing with AI tools every day, not someone who's "exploring the space."
The role
You'll be working directly with the founder on live client accounts. Output is real. We're talking 10+ AI-generated videos a week, plus statics, plus system improvements, plus creative direction support when it's needed.
A big part of the job is making the production pipeline better than how you found it. The kind of person who looks at a process and immediately wants to cut steps out, that's who we want. If process work bores you, this won't be a fit.
When something breaks, you find the fix, write it down somewhere both of us can find later, and make sure we don't trip on the same thing twice. No drama around it.
What you'll actually be doing
→ Hyper-realistic AI UGC. Images and video with lip sync.
→ AI-generated video for ad creative, brand films, performance assets.
→ AI image production for editorial, product, and lifestyle visuals.
→ Workflow systems. Prompt libraries, asset pipelines, light automations.
→ Live client work for D2C fashion, accessories, and e-commerce brands.
Tools you should already be using
Image: Nano Banana Pro, GPT Image 2, Grok Imagine, Higgsfield, etc.
Video: Seedance 2, Kling 3.0, Veo 3.1, etc.
Voice: ElevenLabs.
Editing: CapCut, Premiere Pro, After Effects.
Bonus: Claude Code, Codex, any automation experience.
If you haven't opened any of these, honestly, skip this one. If you've been running them on personal stuff with no paid clients yet, apply anyway. We care about how you actually use the tools, not what's on the invoice.
If you've made what people would call AI slop on socials and built reach from it, also apply. That counts as evidence too.
Who this is for
People who've made AI-driven content for brands or agencies before. People who can take a project from "we need this" to a final asset without checking in five times. People who get how current AI systems actually work end-to-end, not just the surface layer. People who learn fast and don't mind shipping a lot of things.
Personal projects work too. Ad creatives, videos, weird experiments, anything. Just show what you've made.
Strongly preferred
Lip sync UGC that actually looks real. Image or video. If you've got any of this in your portfolio, send it. People with proven work here get looked at first.
