We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Manager Operations
In this role, you will:
Key Responsibilities

Own end-to-end operational readiness for liquidity-related change (new products, rollouts, regulatory change, system enhancements), including BAU handover.

Complete operational impact assessments across people, process, technology/data, controls, service model, and client impact (upstream/downstream).

Build and maintain readiness plans, checklists, milestones/dependencies, and go-live governance with clear go/no-go criteria and recommendations.

Partner with Product, Technology, Change Delivery, Risk, Compliance, Finance/Treasury, Data, and regional Operations to ensure prerequisites are met.

Lead implementation assurance: UAT/operational testing strategy, operational validation, parallel runs/dress rehearsals, and business sign-offs.

Ensure operational documentation is production-ready: SOPs, runbooks, process maps/RACI, exception handling, escalation paths, and knowledge repository updates.

Ensure training, access/roles provisioning, and support model (L1/L2/L3) are in place, with competency sign-off where required.

Track and manage readiness risks, issues, actions, and incidents to closure, escalating material items through appropriate governance/forums.

Maintain a strong control environment for liquidity processes (key controls, reconciliations, data quality, approvals, SoD), including audit/regulatory evidence.

Monitor and report operational MI (KPIs/KRIs), support hypercare and post-implementation reviews, and drive continuous improvement/resilience (BCP/contingency readiness).
To be successful you will:
Skills & Experience:

5–8 years’ experience in Banking Operations (ideally Liquidity), Change Management, Business Implementation, or Project/Programme Management.

Strong understanding of liquidity products, end-to-end operational processes, and target operating models.

Proven experience delivering project implementation, operational readiness, or business transition activities.

Strong planning and coordination skills, with disciplined delivery against milestones and dependencies.

Confident stakeholder management across Product, Technology, Risk, Compliance, Finance/Treasury, and Operations.

Able to manage multiple concurrent initiatives and prioritise effectively in tight timelines.

Strong analytical capability to assess impacts, identify root causes, and make pragmatic recommendations.

Clear, concise communication skills (written and verbal), including governance updates and senior stakeholder engagement.

Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools (e.g., Agile/Waterfall, RAID, plans, status reporting) is desirable.

Knowledge of operational risk and control frameworks is an advantage; track record of smooth go-lives, strong documentation/training, low post-go-live defects, and positive stakeholder feedback.
