Job Description
- Supervise daily textile finishing operations in the processing department.
- Ensure smooth production flow and timely completion of finishing targets.
- Monitor finishing processes as per customer specifications and quality standards.
- Operate and supervise machines such as Stenter Machine, Airo Machine and etc.,
- Possess strong knowledge of machine settings including temperature, fabric tension, speed, pressure, overfeed, and moisture control.
- Monitor and control finishing parameters to achieve required fabric quality and dimensional stability.
- Possess good knowledge of linen & woven fabric types, GSM, shrinkage, spirality, shade variation, hand feel, and fabric appearance.
- Ensure finished fabric meets buyer requirements for width, softness, shade, and quality standards.
- Identify and reduce fabric defects, rejection, reprocessing, and finishing-related issues.
- Monitor machine performance, production efficiency, and preventive maintenance activities.
- Supervise operators, helpers, and finishing staff to maintain productivity and discipline.
- Maintain daily production reports, machine records, process parameters, and quality reports.
- Ensure proper housekeeping, safety procedures, and PPE usage in the finishing department.
- Support continuous improvement in productivity, process control, fabric quality, and machine efficiency.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
