Key Responsibilities
- Generate leads through cold calling, digital marketing, references, and networking.
- Contact potential customers and understand their property requirements.
- Explain project details, pricing, payment plans, and investment opportunities.
- Schedule and conduct property site visits.
- Follow up with prospects and convert leads into sales.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth documentation and deal closure.
- Update customer information in CRM and prepare daily sales reports.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Stay updated with real estate market trends and competitor activities.

Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- 0–3 years of experience in sales/business development (real estate preferred).
- Freshers with excellent communication skills may also apply.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per year
