Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic business plans for CRM & aftersales operations
- Maintain strong customer relationships and ensure high customer satisfaction
- Coordinate with service, sales, and support teams for smooth aftersales processes
- Analyze customer feedback and prepare improvement strategies
- Handle customer retention, follow-ups, and service campaigns
- Monitor service performance reports, MIS, and business targets
- Support business growth through customer engagement and process improvements
- Ensure proper documentation and data management
Required Skills:
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Good knowledge of CRM and aftersales operations
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving ability
- Proficiency in MS Excel, reporting, and data handling
- Customer relationship management skills
- Ability to work in a target-oriented environment
Qualification:
- Graduate / MBA preferred
- Experience in Automobile, Service, or Customer Support industry preferred
