Sales Engineer – Job Description (JD)
Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Engineer with strong technical knowledge and sales experience in electrical and industrial products. The candidate should possess excellent communication skills and customer-handling ability.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business opportunities and develop customer relationships.
- Promote and sell electrical/industrial products and solutions.
- Understand customer requirements and provide technical solutions.
- Prepare quotations, technical proposals, and commercial offers.
- Conduct customer visits, meetings, and product presentations.
- Follow up on enquiries, negotiations, and order closures.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth order execution.
- Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets.
- Maintain sales reports and customer records.
- Support customer service and after-sales activities.
Required Skills
- Good knowledge of Electrical Engineering concepts and industrial products.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to understand customer requirements and provide technical solutions.
- Proficiency in MS Office and Email communication.
- Willingness to travel for customer visits and business development activities.
Eligibility Criteria
- Qualification: Diploma / BE in Electrical Engineering.
- Experience: 2 to 10 years of relevant sales experience.
- Languages Required: Hindi & English (Mandatory)
- Experience in Industrial Sales / Electrical Products / Automation / Manufacturing Industry preferred.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
