We are looking for a proactive Franchise Store Manager to lead daily store operations, drive sales, and deliver a great customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end store operations
Achieve sales targets and maximize revenue
Maintain visual merchandising and store hygiene
Handle staff hiring, training, and scheduling
Ensure smooth customer experience and resolve issues
Monitor inventory and reduce wastage
Follow brand standards and SOPs strictly
Report daily sales and performance metrics
Requirements:
2–5 years of retail/QSR experience
Strong leadership and team management skills
Good communication and customer handling
Basic understanding of sales and inventory systems

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
