Role Overview
Felix Hospital is looking for a proactive and result-oriented Assistant Manager / Deputy Manager – Marketing (Corporate Tie-ups) to drive corporate partnerships and institutional collaborations. The role focuses on building long-term relationships with corporates, insurance companies, and TPAs to enhance business growth and brand presence.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and onboard new corporate clients, TPAs, and insurance partners
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with HRs, admin teams, and decision-makers
- Plan and execute corporate engagement activities (health camps, wellness programs, OPD/IPD tie-ups)
- Drive revenue growth through corporate accounts
- Negotiate and finalize tie-up agreements and service contracts
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery for corporate clients
- Track performance, maintain database, and generate MIS reports
- Conduct market research and identify new business opportunities
Key Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Healthcare Management, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 3–7 years of experience in hospital marketing/corporate tie-ups
- Strong network with corporates, TPAs, and insurance companies
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Target-driven with a proactive approach
