Role
Experience with SAP Basis Hana in Operational support in
- Technical Support of SAP systems and related environments in SAP S/4 Hana, SAP BW, SAP CRM, SAP EP, SAP PI/PO, SAP Solution Manager, Hana database, oracle database
- SAP S4/HANA monitoring, support and upgrades.
- Able to handle SAP Hana and Oracle backups issues
- Hands on experience in troubleshooting the sap application and database issues and participate in major incident management and provide the RCA and resolve high priority issues.
- Perform the security analysis and close the SAP security vulnerabilities as part of sap applications and database
- Monitor and upgrade Databases (SAP HANA / Oracle) support
- Monitor and upgrade of SAP systems as part of maintenance releases
- Participate in Migration Activities and support, monitoring.
