Position: Growth & Retention Marketing Manager

We are looking for a Growth & Retention Marketing Manager to drive customer acquisition, engagement, repeat purchases, and customer lifetime value. This role will own the full customer journey, from bringing in new users to ensuring they stay engaged and convert into loyal customers.
- Own customer acquisition across paid and organic channels including Meta, Google, influencer marketing, affiliates, SEO, and partnerships
- Build and execute retention strategies to improve repeat purchase rates and customer lifetime value
- Manage CRM channels including Email, SMS, WhatsApp, push notifications, and loyalty campaigns
- Design lifecycle journeys such as welcome flows, abandoned cart, win-back, post-purchase, and referral programs
- Analyze customer cohorts, funnel performance, CAC, ROAS, repeat rate, churn, and LTV
- Collaborate with brand, creative, product, and customer success teams to improve conversion and retention
- Run A/B tests across landing pages, communication journeys, offers, and audience segments
- Identify growth opportunities through customer insights, segmentation, and experimentation
- 3-5 years of experience in growth marketing, retention marketing, or performance marketing
- Strong understanding of lifecycle marketing, cohorts, and CRM automation tools
- Experience with analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Clevertap, MoEngage, or HubSpot
- Strong data orientation with comfort in Excel/Sheets and campaign analysis
- Experience in D2C, e-commerce, retail, or consumer brands preferred
