Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily maintenance operations of the hotel.
- Ensure smooth functioning of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, DG, and utility systems.
- Conduct preventive and breakdown maintenance to minimize downtime.
- Coordinate with external vendors for repairs and annual maintenance contracts (AMCs).
- Monitor maintenance requests and ensure timely resolution.
- Maintain maintenance records, inventory, and equipment logs.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and hotel policies.
- Lead and guide the maintenance team for efficient operations.
Requirements:
- Diploma/ITI/B.E. in Electrical, Mechanical, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of maintenance experience in the hotel industry.
- Strong knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, DG, STP, and utility maintenance.
- Good troubleshooting, leadership, and communication skills.
- Ability to work flexible shifts and handle emergency maintenance.
Preferred Candidate: Immediate joiners will be preferred.
Pay: Up to ₹22,000.00 per month
