Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and highly organized Project Manager to oversee the planning, execution, and successful delivery of digital marketing projects. The ideal candidate should have excellent leadership, communication, and client management skills, along with a strong understanding of digital marketing processes.
Key Responsibilities (KRA)
- Manage end-to-end digital marketing projects from planning to delivery.
- Coordinate with SEO, Social Media, PPC, Content, Design, and Development teams.
- Understand client requirements and prepare project plans and timelines.
- Allocate tasks, monitor project progress, and ensure timely completion.
- Conduct regular client meetings and provide project updates.
- Ensure quality standards and client satisfaction.
- Identify project risks and resolve issues proactively.
- Track team productivity and project performance.
- Maintain project documentation, MIS reports, and project schedules.
- Collaborate with management to improve project execution processes.
Required Skills
- Strong understanding of Digital Marketing services and campaign execution.
- Excellent communication and client management skills.
- Strong leadership, coordination, and team management abilities.
- Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Experience with project management tools like Trello, ClickUp, Asana, Jira, or similar platforms is preferred.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- MBA graduate with 1–4 years of relevant experience.
- Prior experience in a Digital Marketing Agency or IT company is preferred.
- Strong planning, execution, and multitasking abilities.
- Positive attitude with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
