Position: Customer Support Executive (BPO Voice/Non-Voice)
Job Responsibilities:
1.Handle customer queries through calls, chat, or email.
2.Provide accurate information about products and services.
3.Resolve customer complaints and issues professionally.
4.Maintain customer records and update CRM systems.
5.Meet quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction targets.
6.Follow company processes and service standards.
7.Escalate complex issues to the concerned team when required.
Required Skills:
1.Good communication skills in English and regional languages.
2.Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.
3.Problem-solving and customer-handling abilities.
4.Ability to work in rotational shifts.
5.Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Eligibility:
1.12th Pass / Diploma / Any Graduate.
2.Freshers can apply.
3.Prior BPO experience is an advantage but not mandatory.
Salary Range:
Freshers: ₹20,000–₹25,000 per month (varies by process and location).
Incentives and shift allowances may be provided.
