A Personal Secretary to the Director provides high-level administrative support, manages schedules, handles confidential communications, and ensures the smooth operation of the director’s office.Key Responsibilities
- Manage the Director’s Calendar: Schedule appointments, meetings, and events, ensuring optimal time management and prioritization of tasks
- Correspondence Handling: Draft, review, and respond to emails, letters, and other communications promptly and professionally

- Meeting and Event Coordination: Organize and prepare materials for meetings, presentations, and events, including agendas and reports www.expertia.ai+1.
- Travel Arrangements: Plan and coordinate travel itineraries, including flights, accommodations, and transportation
- Document Preparation: Assist in creating reports, presentations, and other documents, maintaining accuracy and confidentiality www.expertia.ai+1.
- Stakeholder Liaison: Communicate with internal teams, clients, and external partners on behalf of the director
- Administrative Support: Perform general office tasks such as filing, data entry, photocopying, and maintaining electronic and physical records www.expertia.ai+1.
