We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Chartered Accountant (CA) Fresher to join our Finance team as a Financial Accountant. This role is ideal for candidates who have recently qualified as a CA and are eager to build a strong foundation in financial reporting, compliance, and accounting operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and maintain accurate financial statements in compliance with applicable accounting standards.
- Handle day-to-day accounting operations including journal entries, ledger scrutiny, and reconciliations.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Ensure compliance with statutory requirements including GST, TDS, and Income Tax filings.
- Support internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and explanations.
- Monitor financial transactions and identify discrepancies, if any.
- Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
- Maintain proper documentation and ensure adherence to internal controls and processes.
Qualifications & Skills
- Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) – mandatory.
Preferred Attributes
- Internship/articleship experience in accounting, audit, or taxation.
- Knowledge of Indian statutory compliance (GST, Companies Act, Income Tax).
- Eagerness to learn and grow within the organization.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting, and taxation.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software (e.g., Tally, SAP, or similar).
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage deadlines and work in a fast-paced environment.
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
