Job Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive – Franchise Sales to lead and manage a team of Business Development Executives (BDEs) focused on tele-calling and franchise sales. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving franchise growth, engaging with potential investors, and expanding the company’s franchise network while also contributing to individual sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
Team Leadership & Management
- Lead, manage, and mentor a team of Business Development Executives focused on franchise sales through tele-calling.
- Set targets, monitor team performance, and ensure consistent productivity.
- Review call quality, scripts, and team performance to improve efficiency.
- Provide coaching, training, and ongoing support to team members.
Franchise Sales & Business Development
- Engage with potential franchise investors from company-generated digital leads.
- Present the company’s franchise business model and investment opportunities.
- Conduct calls, virtual meetings, and presentations with prospective partners.
- Handle negotiations and close franchise agreements.
Lead Generation & Prospecting
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified franchise prospects.
- Identify and connect with potential investors and business partners.
- Participate in industry events, exhibitions, and networking opportunities to generate leads.
CRM & Sales Pipeline Management
- Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and sales activities in the CRM system.
- Track and manage the sales pipeline to ensure timely follow-ups and closures.
- Prepare regular reports on sales activities and team performance.
Franchise Onboarding & Support
- Work closely with internal teams to support new franchise partners during onboarding.
- Guide franchisees through initial setup processes and ensure smooth coordination with operations teams.
Market Expansion
- Identify new regional markets and opportunities for franchise expansion.
- Develop strategies to strengthen and grow the franchise network.
Requirements
Experience
- 3–10 years of experience in franchise sales, inside sales, or business development.
- Experience managing a sales or tele-calling team is preferred.
Education
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Skills
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities.
- Proven ability to build relationships with investors and partners.
- Experience working with CRM tools.
- Highly motivated and target-driven mindset.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
