Role Overview
We are looking for a highly organized and technically inclined Technical Program Coordinator to work directly with the Founder’s Office in managing product development, client coordination, engineering follow-ups, and day-to-day operational activities.
This role is ideal for someone with strong communication skills, excellent drafting/documentation ability, and a basic understanding of electronics and mechanical product development.
You will act as the bridge between engineering, procurement, vendors, manufacturing, and clients to ensure projects move efficiently and deadlines are met.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate ongoing hardware, embedded, and product development projects
- Follow up with engineering, procurement, and manufacturing teams on project status
- Track timelines, deliverables, RFQs, prototypes, revisions, and production activities
- Prepare professional emails, technical summaries, MOMs, proposals, and project documentation
- Support client communication and internal coordination activities
- Maintain project trackers, BOM updates, vendor discussions, and execution records
- Assist the Founder’s Office in operational planning and priority management
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for technical and commercial follow-ups
- Ensure accountability and timely closure of action items across teams
Required Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong drafting and documentation capability
- Basic understanding of electronics, PCB, embedded systems, or mechanical assemblies
- Strong coordination and follow-up skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Good understanding of Excel, project trackers, and reporting
- Ability to understand technical discussions and convert them into actionable follow-ups
Preferred Background
- Electronics / Mechanical Engineering background preferred
- Experience in IoT, embedded systems, electronics manufacturing, or product development companies is an advantage
- Prior exposure to project coordination, technical operations, or product management is preferred

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
