The Vice Principal supports the Principal in the overall administration, academic planning, discipline management, and smooth functioning of the school. The role ensures high academic standards, effective staff coordination, and implementation of school policies in alignment with board guidelines such as Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) (if applicable).

Qualifications
- Master’s Degree in relevant subject.
- B.Ed. (Mandatory).
- Minimum 3 years of teaching experience.
- Minimum 5 years in a leadership role (vice principal).
Skills Required
- Strong leadership and decision-making ability.
- Excellent communication skills (English mandatory).
- Strong academic planning and analytical skills.
- Conflict resolution and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and school ERP systems.
