We are seeking a licensed Project Architect to lead architectural design, spatial planning, and construction documentation from concept through completion.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop architectural drawings, 3D renderings, and detailed construction documentation.
- Coordinate with clients, structural engineers, contractors, and municipal authorities.
- Ensure designs comply with local building codes, zoning regulations, and budget parameters.
- Perform site visits to inspect construction quality and ensure adherence to plans.
Required Skills & Software
- Education & License: Bachelor’s or Master’s in Architecture (B.Arch / M.Arch); licensed architect.
- Experience: 3–5+ years in architectural design and project management.
- BIM & Drafting: Autodesk Revit (Required), AutoCAD.
- 3D Modeling & Rendering: SketchUp / Rhino 3D, Enscape / V-Ray / Lumion.
- Graphics: Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, InDesign).
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
