Job Type: On-Field Sales Role — Daily Customer Visits Required
Experience: 1 to 2 Years
Field Sales:
- Visit customer factories, machine shops, and manufacturing units daily in the assigned territory
- Generate new leads and develop business with potential customers
- Follow up on enquiries, prepare quotations, and close orders
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers
Application & Technical Support:
- Understand customer machining requirements — turning, milling, drilling, boring, threading
- Recommend the right cutting tool, grade, and parameters for the application
- Conduct live cutting tool trials at customer machines
- Troubleshoot tool performance issues and provide on-site technical support
- Educate customers on correct usage and application of cutting tools
Education
- Diploma in Mechanical Engineering (DME) — preferred
- ITI — Machinist / Turner / Fitter / any mechanical trade
- Any Graduate with relevant technical or sales background
- Candidates with machine shop experience considered regardless of formal qualification
Skills & Candidate Profile
- Experience as Machine Operator, Machine Shop Supervisor, or Purchase Executive — strong advantage
- Knowledge of cutting tools — inserts, drills, end mills, taps, boring bars
- Understanding of machining processes and parameters
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working independently in the field
- Good communication in local language and Hindi
- Basic computer knowledge — Excel, WhatsApp, Email for daily reporting
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
