As a Franchise Sales Telecaller at Chennai Medical Guidance Center (CMGC), your primary responsibility is to convert company provided franchise leads into successful franchise partners.
You will contact prospective franchise applicants, explain the CMGC Franchise Business Model, answer their questions, understand their investment capacity, and guide them through the franchise onboarding process. The company will provide qualified leads; your role is to build trust, maintain regular follow-ups, and close franchise deals.
You will be responsible for maintaining lead records, updating follow-up status, coordinating with the management team for meetings or presentations, and ensuring a smooth customer experience throughout the sales process.
The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a confident personality, strong persuasion abilities, and a passion for sales. Previous experience in telecalling, franchise sales, business development, or customer relationship management will be an added advantage.
Requirements
- Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi, Assamese, Bengali, or regional languages.
- Strong convincing and negotiation skills.
- Experience in Telecalling, Sales, Business Development, or Customer Support preferred.
- Basic knowledge of WhatsApp, Google Sheets, MS Powerpoint, Canva and Google meet.
- Self-motivated and target-oriented personality.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
