Roles & Responsibilities:
Handle IndiaMART, TradeIndia & GEM Portal
Attend online inquiries and generate business leads
Client follow-up and coordination
Prepare quotations and order processing
Product uploading and portal management
Maintain customer database and reports
Coordinate with sales and operations team
Develop new business opportunities through online platforms
