Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced React Frontend Developer with 3+ years of hands-on experience in building scalable, high-performance web applications. The ideal candidate should be proficient in React.js, modern JavaScript, and frontend architecture, with a strong focus on user experience, performance, and clean code.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain responsive web applications using React.js
- Translate UI/UX designs (Figma/Adobe XD) into high-quality code
- Optimize applications for maximum performance and scalability
- Work closely with backend developers, designers, and product managers
- Implement state management using Redux, Context API, or similar
- Write clean, reusable, and well-documented code
- Perform code reviews and mentor junior developers
- Ensure cross-browser and cross-device compatibility
- Integrate RESTful APIs and handle API data efficiently
- Follow best practices for security, accessibility, and performance
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in Frontend Development
- Strong expertise in React.js and JavaScript (ES6+)
- Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, SCSS, Bootstrap/Tailwind
- Experience with Redux / Context API / Zustand
- Strong knowledge of REST APIs and API integration
- Experience with Git / GitHub / GitLab
- Understanding of component-based architecture
- Familiarity with Webpack, Vite, or Babel
- Knowledge of responsive and mobile-first design
- Good problem-solving and debugging skills
Good to Have (Preferred Skills)
- Experience with Next.js
- Knowledge of TypeScript
- Familiarity with Material UI / Ant Design
- Understanding of CI/CD pipelines
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
- Basic knowledge of backend technologies (Node.js/.NET APIs)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹75,000.00 per month
