Job Description – Pre-Sales Associate

About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Pre-Sales Associate to support our sales team in understanding customer requirements, preparing proposals, coordinating product/service demonstrations, and assisting throughout the pre-sales process.
Key Responsibilities
- Understand customer requirements and business needs.
- Coordinate with the sales and technical teams to prepare suitable solutions.
- Prepare presentations, quotations, proposals and other sales documents.
- Assist in preparing and delivering product/service demonstrations.
- Conduct basic research on prospects, industries, and competitors.
- Respond to customer queries and provide relevant product/service information.
- Support the sales team in preparing technical and commercial proposals.
- Maintain proper records of leads, customer requirements, proposals, and follow-ups.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely responses to customer requirements.
- Participate in client meetings and calls when required.
- Follow up with prospects and assist the sales team in moving leads through the sales pipeline.
- Stay updated on company products, services, and industry trends.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 0–4 years of experience in Pre-Sales, Sales Support, Business Development, Customer Support or a similar role.
- Freshers with relevant certifications or courses may also be considered.
- Good understanding of MS Office / Google Workspace.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong presentation and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to understand customer requirements and communicate them effectively to technical teams.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to learn technical products and services.
- Ability to work effectively with sales, technical, and other internal teams.
Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
Work Location: In person
