We are seeking a creative and results-driven Brand Manager to oversee and grow our brand presence, ensuring alignment with our vision and values.
Key Responsibilities:

Brand Strategy & Development
-
Develop and execute a comprehensive brand strategy to position Kidzonia as a leader in the preschool segment.

Define and maintain brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all communication channels.

Identify target audiences and create strategies to effectively engage them.
Marketing & Campaign Management

Plan and implement marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness and admissions.
-
Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling content for digital, print, and outdoor media.

Analyze campaign performance and use insights to refine future marketing efforts.
Public Relations & Communications
-
Manage PR activities, including press releases, media partnerships, and events, to enhance the brand's reputation.

Act as the brand custodian, ensuring all internal and external communications reflect the brand's tone and values.

Develop strategies to amplify positive word-of-mouth and parent testimonials.
Digital Branding & Social Media

Oversee the digital presence of Kidzonia, including the website, social media, and online reviews.

Collaborate with the Social Media Manager to create engaging content that aligns with brand objectives.

Monitor and analyze online sentiment and take proactive measures to manage the brand’s reputation.
Market Research & Insights

Conduct regular competitor analysis and stay updated on industry trends.

Use data from surveys, focus groups, and analytics to understand customer perceptions and improve branding efforts.

Work closely with the Admissions and Operations teams to align branding with parent expectations and feedback.
Event & Experience Management

Conceptualize and execute brand-aligned events at preschools to enhance the experiential learning ethos.

Collaborate with centers to ensure branding at events is consistent and impactful.
Qualifications & Skills Required:
-
Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Brand Management, or a related field.

Experience: 4-6 years in brand management, preferably in the education or service sector.

Strong understanding of digital marketing, branding principles, and content strategy.

Excellent communication, presentation, and storytelling skills.
-
Creative mindset with the ability to think strategically and execute tactically.

Proven ability to manage multiple projects and work with cross-functional teams.
