Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and motivated Sourcing Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate must have prior experience in real estate developer sourcing and a strong network of developers and builders in Thane. You will be responsible for identifying potential developers, expanding our network, and playing a crucial role in driving business opportunities for Bonito Designs.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain strong, ongoing relationships with existing developers and builders.
- Identify and generate new networks of developers across multiple locations is an added advantage.
- Source potential business opportunities through various channels and connect with developers.
- Engage directly with developers to understand their upcoming and ongoing projects and explore potential interior opportunities.
- Maintain a comprehensive database of developers, projects, and key contacts.
- Track and analyse current real estate market trends, including upcoming projects and developer activities in target areas.
- Support the sales and business development team by ensuring a steady inflow of qualified developer leads.
- Conduct meetings and site visits with developers to understand project requirements and strengthen relationships.
- Ensure all sourced leads and developer interactions are documented accurately and followed up within defined timelines to maintain a high conversion rate.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of prior experience in developer sourcing, real estate business development, or a similar role. Experience in the Thane market is preferred.
- Proven track record in building and maintaining strong developer/builder networks.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with developers and key decision-makers.
- Strong knowledge of Thane and surrounding real estate markets.
- Ability to multitask and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Good analytical skills to monitor market trends and identify new business opportunities.
Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per month
