- Collect, analyse, and interpret data from various internal systems and sources to generate comprehensive reports.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on key performance indicators (KPIs), sales, claims inventory, and other operational data.
- Maintain and update databases and ensure data integrity and accuracy.
- Monitor data entry to ensure consistency and prevent errors.
- Create ad-hoc reports and provide actionable insights for senior management as needed.
- Develop and manage reporting systems for various departments (e.g. Risk & Underwritings, Reinsurers & Operations).
- Identify trends and provide recommendations to optimize business processes and Claims performance.
- Assist in the creation and maintenance of dashboards to monitor critical metrics in real-time.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and help with data-driven decision-making.
