Customer interaction:Greeting customers, assisting them with product selection, answering questions about items, and providing a positive shopping experience
Resolving billing issues:Addressing customer concerns regarding pricing, discrepancies on receipts, or other billing issues
Inventory management:Checking stock levels, identifying out-of-stock items, and notifying management about inventory needs
Attention to detail: Ensuring accurate data entry and proper handling of transactions
Technical proficiency: Familiarity with POS systems and basic computer skills
Customer service skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with customers effectively
