Job Summary:
We are looking for an energetic and result-oriented Career Specialist to join our institute. The ideal candidate should be 1-3 years experienced and skilled in tele calling, student counselling, lead conversion, and relationship management. The role involves guiding prospective students about courses, understanding their career goals, resume and interview coaching, employer engagement support, placement assistance while building strong relationships with industry partners and supporting them throughout the admission process.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct outbound and inbound calls to prospective students and parents.
Counsel students regarding courses, career opportunities, eligibility, and admission procedures.
Understand student requirements and recommend suitable program.
Convert enquiries into admissions through effective follow-up and communication.
Maintain and update lead records in CRM or admission systems.
Coordinate with academic and admissions teams for smooth onboarding.
Build and maintain positive relationships with students and parents.
Organize counselling sessions, admission drives, and promotional activities.
Achieve admission and conversion targets.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (Master’s degree preferred).
Experience in tele calling, educational counselling, admissions or customer engagement.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong convincing and negotiation abilities.
Comfortable handling student enquiries and follow-ups.
Good computer skills (MS Office, Email, CRM tools).
Ability to work independently.
Preferred Skills:
Experience in the Education / Training / EdTech sector.
Multilingual communication skills.
Positive attitude and customer-centric approach.
Salary:
₹ 12,000 - ₹ 25,000 per month + Incentives
