1. Supervise and manage a team of electricians and technicians, including scheduling, training, and mentoring staff
2. Plan, organize, and monitor electrical installation, maintenance, and repair projects across residential, commercial, or industrial sites
3. Ensure compliance with all relevant safety regulations, electrical codes, and industry standards
4. Conduct inspections of electrical work, troubleshoot complex issues, and provide technical guidance
5. Maintain accurate records of work performed, project timelines, and equipment usage
6. Promote a safe and clean work environment, implementing risk mitigation strategies
7. Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field, or equivalent technical experience
8. Strong knowledge of electrical systems, codes, standards, and emerging technologies
9. Proven leadership, team management, and communication skills
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
