Job Title: Customer Care Executive
Responsibilities
- Handle customer queries via phone, WhatsApp, email, and chat.
- Resolve customer complaints and provide timely updates.
- Track orders, deliveries, returns, and replacements.
- Coordinate with operations, logistics, and sales teams to ensure smooth customer experience.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in CRM/software.
- Follow up with customers to ensure issue resolution and satisfaction.
- Escalate complex cases to the concerned department when required.
- Meet response time and customer satisfaction targets.
Requirements
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Hindi and English.
- Strong problem-solving and customer-handling abilities.
- Basic computer skills (Google Sheets, CRM, Email, WhatsApp).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Prior customer support experience is preferred but not mandatory.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
