Role Overview
We are looking for a highly driven and detail-oriented HR Intern to join our core Talent Acquisition team. In this role, you will gain hands-on experience managing the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, functioning as a headhunterfor high-value client mandates across complex sectors like IT, Semiconductors, and Finance. This is a perfect launchpad for someone passionate about recruitment who wants to learn the exact mechanics of sourcing, screening, and closing premium talent in a fast-paced consulting environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Sourcing & Headhunting: Identify and attract top-tier active and passive talent utilizing platforms like LinkedIn, specialized job boards, and internal databases. Candidate Screening: Conduct initial screening calls to evaluate candidates on technical competencies, communication skills, and cultural fitment against client requirements. Pipeline Management: Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and corporate clients, ensuring a highly professional and seamless candidate experience with zero drop-offs. Market Mapping: Assist in talent mapping and market research to build robust candidate pipelines for difficult-to-fill and niche technical roles. Database & Tracking: Maintain accurate, up-to-date candidate records and track daily recruitment metrics, ensuring organized data flow within our internal tracking systems.
Who We Are Looking For
- Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field. Excellent verbal and written communication skills to confidently interact with and evaluate experienced professionals. A proactive, self-starter mentality capable of taking ownership and thriving in a remote work environment. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills to handle multiple candidate pipelines simultaneously. Familiarity with professional networking on LinkedIn and a basic understanding of recruitment workflows (prior internship experience is a strong plus).
