Job Description
The Store Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the retail store, ensuring achievement of sales targets, delivering excellent customer service, and effectively managing store staff.
Key Responsibilities
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets and drive store profitability
- Lead, supervise, and motivate the store team to maximize performance
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service
- Monitor daily sales, footfall, and conversion ratios
- Manage inventory, stock levels, and coordinate with warehouse/HO for replenishment
- Maintain visual merchandising (VM) standards as per brand guidelines
- Training new employees and providing ongoing education for employees
- Evaluating staff based on performance-based metrics
- Setting criteria for staff, such as sales performance and customer approval or complaints
Requirements
- Minimum qualification is plus two
- 2+years experience required in retail industry or related field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Sales-driven with strong business acumen
- Problem-solving and decision-making ability
- Good knowledge of retail operations and merchandising
Salary:15000-20000
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
