Job Description
Responsible for developing & implementing new procedures to improve operational efficiency.
Analysing data to identify operational needs & opportunities for improvement.
Coordinating with other stake holders.
Driving daily morning meeting & ensuring that all stake holders are contributing during the discussion / review.
Should have capability to understand losses & help the team to reach up to the root cause.
Should have complete understanding on daily basics like autonomous maintenance, 5S, Tag drive, CLIT, etc.
Understanding online balancing, auto conveying, flow of products / material etc is a key. Identify the opportunity & properly highlighting to the management is a key success criterion for this position.
