We're looking for a Tracking & Analytics Specialist to join our team immediately and take ownership of tracking audits, implementations, and analytics infrastructure for DTC, eCommerce, and lead-generation brands.
What You'll Be Doing
- Conduct tracking and analytics audits across client accounts
- Identify and resolve gaps in GA4, GTM, Meta Pixel, CAPI, Google Ads, Shopify, and Server-Side GTM setups
- Create prioritized action plans based on audit findings
- Lead tracking implementation, testing, debugging, and QA
- Build and maintain Looker Studio dashboards
- Create SOPs and documentation for scalable operations
- Support client calls by translating technical concepts into business insights
What We're Looking For
- Strong hands-on experience with Google Tag Manager (GTM)
- Advanced knowledge of GA4 implementation and eCommerce tracking
- Experience with Meta Pixel & Meta Conversions API (CAPI)
- Shopify tracking expertise, including checkout and purchase events
- Google Ads conversion tracking experience
- Understanding of Server-Side GTM
- Experience with event deduplication, debugging, and QA
- Proficiency in Looker Studio
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Bonus Points
- Experience with Klaviyo, Triple Whale, Northbeam, Hyros, Segment, Stape, or Elevar
- Experience working with US or international eCommerce brands
- Experience creating audit reports for founders and marketing leaders

Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹150,000.00 per month
