Job Responsibilities – Senior Sales Executive (Pharma Company)
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business growth and revenue targets
- Handle key accounts, distributors, hospitals, and pharma franchise clients
- Generate new business opportunities for PCD Pharma Franchise and Third Party Manufacturing
- Build strong relationships with doctors, chemists, distributors, and healthcare professionals
- Lead and support junior sales executives and guide them in achieving targets
- Conduct regular follow-ups with clients for orders, payments, and business expansion
- Prepare quotations, negotiate pricing, and close business deals effectively
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements
- Coordinate with marketing, production, and dispatch teams for smooth operations
- Ensure timely collection of payments and maintain customer satisfaction
- Maintain sales records, MIS reports, and client databases
- Participate in promotional activities, exhibitions, and business meetings
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the company
- Identify opportunities to expand product reach in new territories and markets
- Provide after-sales support and resolve customer concerns professionally
Pay: ₹20,543.82 - ₹40,344.75 per month
